Consultation Services

Usage-Based Billing Products and Third-Party Services

Please note that we do not handle refunds for usage-based billing products or services provided by third parties. However, we are more than willing to assist you in the process of requesting a refund from the third party.

Non-Usage Based Billable Products and Services

For our billable products and services that are not usage-based, we allow cancellations at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that refunds are generally not provided for these cancellations.
